The restaurant menu contains more than 60 dishes created by our Chef Yuri Navarro. Only at "Santa Fe" and nowhere else you can taste dishes which represent various cuisines: Fajitas, nachos, Quesadilla, enchilada, empanadas, dim sum, sushi, sashimi. The restaurant perfectly combine American Southwestern, Eastern Latin-American, Asian and Japanese cuisines!
The cooks of this restaurant are experts in Oriental Latin American cuisine. They were specially trained by the Chef. At "Guinea fowl", which is located at the second floor of "Santa Fe" we offer 17 types of sushi: with fish, shrimp, calamary, octopus, caviar.
